By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale and our privacy policy.

Placing an order

Choose your product/s and add them to the shopping cart. Then click on the shopping cart and procede with the checkout where you will add your details including billing and delivery information and select a delivery and payment method.

Once you click on ‘place your order’ your order is final. This means you will have to pay the purchase price.

If any of the scenarios for non-acceptance apply, we may reject or cancel your order in which case we will refund any payment you have made.

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Order processing will commence once we have received confirmation of your payment and someone will be in touch regarding your delivery schedule.

Non acceptance of your order

We may choose to cancel your order and refund payment if:

Your payment method fails;
Our products contain an error, such as incorrect price or incorrect described;
Other special circumstances that justify cancellation of the order.

All prices on this website are exclusive of V.A.T. Orders sent to addresses outside our delivery area might include an additional.

Cancelling an order
